Skills Mandatory Hands-on experience in ITOM, CMDB data schema and mapping, ITAM ServiceNow. 5-6 years in Technical Solution Design in ITOM, CMDB data integrations and end-to-end implementations. Experience in using flow designer to configure automation use case using integration hub spokes. Experience in enabling and configuring Service Graph and other methods to integrate.
