Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows. Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the platform. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions. Provide technical support and training to end-users on ServiceNow functionalities. Monitor and optimize the performance, security, and availability of the ServiceNow platform.
