We are looking for an ServiceNow Support Analyst who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will: Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements. Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows. Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the platform. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions. Provide technical support and training to end-users on ServiceNow functionalities. Monitor and optimize the performance, security, and availability of the ServiceNow platform. And much better if you stand out for Solid experience in ServiceNow Advanced level of English Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices, new features, and enhancements.
