Mandatory Requirements

4+ years

of professional experience as a

Technical Trainer at a tech company.
Certified in 3+ ServiceNow products

, including

CSA, ITSM, CSM, SPM, ITOM, ITAM, CAD, SecOps, or HRSD

.
Strong technical background with

hands-on experience

implementing

ServiceNow products (CSM, ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM).
Working knowledge of

HTML, CSS, or JavaScript

.
Excellent English communication skills

for delivering training sessions and client interactions.

Job Role

Deliver technical training sessions on various ServiceNow products for diverse audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training programs with business goals.
Develop detailed training materials and track trainee progress throughout learning paths.
Adapt quickly to new technical products using documentation and software versions.
