Our team has a collaborative sales mind-set, a technical understanding of our products, providing highly customizable solutions.Partner with the bestThe Services Specialist - Repair & Calibration will be responsible for post-sales support of customer issues. This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support, or other service requests.As a Services Specialist - Repair & Calibration, you will be responsible for:Any service-related activity to fulfill calibration, replacement, and spare parts including transactional services, parts for casting for outages, Hot Gas Parts, etc.Calibration service for Moisture and Flow products.Working together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information.Handling simple project processes with detailed guidelines for production and/or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge.Handling targeted clients with predefined contracts and a framework of conditions that are set and followed.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have an Engineer's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with experience in Services).Be fluent in English.Have experience in Calibration service for Moisture and Flow products.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
