Job Title: SHE CoordinatorCity: Jaguaré, São PauloWork Model: On SiteClevel: C39As a SHE Coordinator you will be responsible for providing technical and practical support to ensure that all aspects of SHE and security are considered in the design of projects and/or project updates.
Review department budgets to ensure financial health.
Ensure the completion of SHE walks and check for any non-compliance with SHE requirements.Your key responsibilitiesSHE and Security Management: Promote improvements in SHE and security indicators, support accident analysis, ensure compliance with local regulations, and conduct training in line with internal and local standards.Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular SHE and security audits, including SHE walks, ensuring compliance with procedures and standards set by DSM and local regulations.Project and Budget Management: Provide technical support in projects to ensure compliance with SHE and security requirements, review departmental budgets to maintain financial health, and implement necessary improvements.Leadership and Training: Act as a SHE leader, promoting awareness, guiding teams, and serving as an ambassador for Life Saving Rules, keeping everyone updated on safety and responsibilities.Process Safety: Participate in process safety (PSLC), leading audits and machine safety actions, verifying safety devices, and coordinating the implementation of process safety measures.Asset Security and Food Safety: Ensure the implementation of asset security policies, conduct Clear Desk audits, and be an active member of the food safety team, reviewing hazards and action plans related to processes and raw materials.You BringBachelor's degree in occupational safety, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.Experience with quality management systems, preferably in a company specializing in feed manufacturing (desirable).Knowledge of powder component blending technologies (desirable).Strong ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams.Proven experience in project management.Advanced proficiency in English.Basic proficiency in Spanish.Being able to work in our site in Jaguaré.We BringA space to grow by encouraging and supporting curiosity and an open mindset.A culture that prioritizes safety and well-being, both physically and mentally.A flexible work environment that empowers people to take accountability for their work and own the outcome.Barrier-free communities within our organization where every employee is equally valued and respected – regardless of their background, beliefs, or identity.A firm belief that working together with our customers is the key to achieving great things.An eagerness to be one team and learn from each other to bring progress to life and create a better future.How to applyInterested in this job?
