Develop and establish the company's sample review standards through customer feedback and market positioning. Collaborate with designers to develop and research patterns, create denim patterns, and manage fiting improvement during the design phase (such as fabric anomalies, technical anomalies, size anomalies, etc.). ? Review the fit, size, appearance, and sewing details of supplier samples according to the company's sample review requirements. ? Be responsible for documenting and communicating the contents of the sample review, effectively describing any issues with the samples and proposing feasible modification plans. ? Be proficient in denim processes, able to conduct sample reviews and provide improvement suggestions, follow up on customer complaints data, and formulate, execute, and verify quality improvement plans. ? For factories with high sample revision rates: Assist in adjusting factory patterns and reissuing patterns (a firm requirement is to be able to create patterns), and produce corresponding size orders based on the company's sample review requirements and style images. Requirements: 1. Experience in the Denim apparel industry with at least 5 years of quality management/sample review experience in denim. 2. Experience with well-known denim clothing companies is preferred. 3. Familiarity with denim processes and industry testing standards, proficiency in the characteristics of denim fabrics and accessories, testing/production processes, and familiarity with denim manufacturing and quality management processes. 4. Understanding of pattern-making, and experience in sewing board production is preferred. 5. A certain level of market awareness and economic perspective, along with good communication skills, organizational coordination. 6. Proficiency in English.
