Shopper Strategy Leader
**Responsibilities**
- Design the strategies that will build upon CGDs and shopper/customer insights into profitable action plans.
- Design, align and drive a new, more efficient and effective Way of Working across TMKT BU including the relation between regional and local positions.
- Build a shopper centric culture together with the necessary tools in order drive the LAO organization into becoming a global benchmark on POS Execution.
- Develop the annual strategy for Trade and Shopper Marketing in order to ensure LAO organization focus on big bets and high priority implementations.
- Design all necessary tools in order to ensure the best possible execution of all KC Brand in all Retail Environments.
- Align with RSLs and VPs on the main business strategies and build the tools so that all local teams execute accordingly.
- Build, lead and expand the TMKT and Shopper LAO Network including regional, sub-regional, cluster and country based talent.
- Support in the design and build the regional the LAO TMKT & Shopper Organization
- Responsible for all LAO innovation projects revision and approval within the IMF Forum
- Develop retail "white space" opportunities (such as E-Commerce) and lead execution under a Multi Brand Commercial Innovation Mindset
- Actively participate in Commercial Excellence Team, LAO Sales Council and all key strategic forums
**Requeriments**
- Challenge the status quo and provide fact-based insights
- Minimum 10 years relevant business experience with demonstrated "people & project "success.
- Fluent in English - Required
- Professional and degree qualification (BA/Marketing/Trade Marketing/Engineering).
Post graduate degree preferred
- Significant and demonstrable business experience gained within Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Tarde Marketing or Sales.
Preferably a combination of, at least, two.
- Planning and Execution skills related to Trade Marketing
- Acute business acumen in order to understand market potential and opportunities as well as organizational issues and challenges
- "Hands on" experience leading and supporting multiple, global projects and change initiatives
- Consistent track record of delivering results while creating/maintaining an engaged work environment
- Strong organizational, team leadership, change management and execution skills, along with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility and adaptability; ability to work in ambiguous situations
- Ability to influence others and move others toward a common vision or goal
