We are seeking a talented and motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid communication and organizational skills, be a people person, and have a passion for building strong teams that deliver great customer results. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager and Resource Manager and play an advisory role in people management activities, recruitment coordination process, and more.RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectivelyAbility to work independently, with minimal supervisionStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in people management activities, including recruitment and team developmentAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentPositive attitude, with a passion for continuous learning and improvementUpper-intermediate EnglishResponsibilities:Work closely with the Project Manager and Resource Manager to ensure smooth project delivery and team performancePeople management (monitor team spirit and motivation, handle F2F meetings, coach the team with people-related questions, help with performance reviews, work with roadmaps, etc.)Coordinate recruitment processDevelop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, project schedules, and meeting agendas and minutesFacilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendorsCoordinate meetings and workshops, prepare presentations, and document decisions and actionsParticipate in process improvement activities and contribute to the development of project management best practices
