SERVICE DESCRIPTION
SIMOPS Coordinator will ensure the coordination of SIMOPS activities, for COMPANY Project, during installation phase.
SIMOPS Coordinator will adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behaviour with regard to Company Ethics and "Code of Conduct" policy and H3SE rules and regulations. keep informed of company Referential (CR, GS, and GM), international standards related to his area of responsibility, taking knowledge from them for application to the Project.
SIMOPS Coordinator will ensure that COMPANY Project SIMOPS Philosophy based on Company Rules (CR-OT-OPP-308 Simultaneous operations of subsea handling and Production and CR-OT-DW-450 Drilling & Production Simultaneous Operations: SIMOPS), safety studies and risk assessments, are implemented.
Lead risk assessment for SIMOPS / COMOPS activities.
Prepare the SIMOPS / COMOPS dossiers.
Ensure COMPANY Project activities are part the Affiliate integrated look ahead planning.
Identify clashes potential clashes between operations.
Coordinate with COMPANY Project Installation Manager, Drilling Manager and FOPS Manager to resolve co-activities issues based on day-to-day progress.
Ensure that all safety measures are properly considered.
Support Installation Manager, RSES onboard FPSO and RSES-D's onboard vessels.
ACTIVITIES
SIMOPS Coordinator will:
Update COMPANY Project SIMOPS Philosophy, if deemed necessary.
Ensure preparation of SIMOPS activities onboard FPSO with FPSO CTR, including presence of a Flotel.
Follow-up preparation of CTR's documents, including installation procedures and installation risk assessment.
Ensure that definition of Exclusion zones and Restricted areas are well known by all stakeholders within COMPANY Project Team, including CTR.
Support Interfaces between CTR's, CPY stakeholders and participate to coordination meetings for vessels activities.
Ensure that integrated planning is up to date and followed by all stakeholders to avoid impact in HSE, schedule or cost.
Understand vessels activities & ensure that all stakeholders are aware of scheduled vessels movements and priorities.
Report any conflict or clash identified during coordination meeting & ensure all relevant information are shared with CTR teams.
Support in the development of mitigations & solutions to avoid co-activities or decrease the impact.
Ensure proper circulation and signature SIMOPS & COMOPS dossiers between stakeholders.
Participate in COMPANY Operation meeting.
DURATION & LOCATION
Start (estimated): January 2025.
Contract duration: 12 months with 6 months right to extend
Location: SIMOPS Coordinator will be based onshore as resident with missions offshore onboards vessels or FPSO so trainings required for offshore missions are included in the daily rate.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Professional Experience (years): 10.
Experience in similar services (years): mini 5-10.
Level / Diploma: Engineer, or equivalent.
Languages: Fluent Portuguese and Fluent English (spoken and written).
