Site Reliability Engineer

My client is looking for a Mid and Senior Site Reliability Engineer with strong skills and focus on development and automation to address complex challenges.
This is a remote positions in Brazil to work in a payrolls system , and the candidate needs to be at the office 1x a quarter to meet the team in Sao Pablo.
Remote in Brazil Salary: Circa R$15k - R$18k gross/month (depending on the seniority) - payroll Good English level: B2+ or above.
Qualifications: +5 years of experience in a similar position.
+5 years of proven experience with Kubernetes (Must be very good) Strong experience with Openshift and Terraform.
Good experience with RabbitMQ and/or Kafka (configuration and troubleshooting) Proven experience in constructing scalable production environments.
Extensive knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), as you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting automated build pipelines.
Proficient scripting skills in languages such as BASH, PowerShell, Python, Go, Ruby, and others.
Strong experience working with Docker containers and container orchestration technologies, particularly Kubernetes.
Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools like Ansible, Chef, or Terraform is desirable.
Experience with monitoring and metrics systems (such as Prometheus, Logstash, Grafana).
Preferred Skills (But not mandatory) Programming abilities in Java or .NET frameworks.
Understanding of database management systems (such as MSSQL or PostgreSQL).
