Manage deployment roadmap through the Regions / ClusterTransversal Process & Tools: Identify site needs & define local requirements for Transversal Processes & Tools, contribute to Transversal Process /Tool Definition, improvement & validationHuman Resources: Deploy targeted organization.
Deploy people development roadmap including skills levels, training & qualification path.
Identify World Class Manufacturing experts.
Deploy robust supply chain culture at all levelsFinance: Prepare & follow budget for his perimeter including function cost.
Define & deploy opportunities leveraging synergies & improvement initiativesPerformance & Design: Reach & Animate performance KPIs, KPIs targets.
Ensure compliance on process review, audits.
Provide support to Sites vs Sites on supply chain stabilization or mobilization of emerging sites, new businesses.
Manage the S&OP and MPS (Manufacturing sites).
Support the Projects to achieve QCD commitments and represent the supply chain in Site Management / project committee.
Manage process and activities related to Industrial Planning, Project Supply Chain, Material Planning, and suppliers' delivery performance and Logistics in coordination with the related departments.EHS: Ensure operations are executed in an environment that complies with Alstom Health, Safety and Environmental policiesMAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCESEducational RequirementsMandatory: Graduated from University Degree, English (negotiation level).
Fluent in English, Fluent/Native in PortugueseDesirable: Master's in supply chain managementExperienceMandatory: Experience of 10 to 15 years in industrial environment, Experience of 10 years in Supply Chain, ERP Management experience - SAPDesirable: Knowledgeable of Profit & Loss and cost control of assets, Valuable experience in companies of same sector/activity or relatedCompetencies & Skills: Resilience, Entrepreneurship, Agility, Collaboration, Global visionYou don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
