The role Fishtank Consulting is looking for a Sitecore Developer working remotely. The Sitecore Developer will be customer focused – working directly with clients to create customer experience platforms powered by Sitecore and Coveo. We are looking for someone with a passion for learning, someone who wants to work with a skilled team and someone who has the desire to code at a high level and be an expert in the field. Understand customer needs and gather product requirements. Work with customers to define, maintain and extend existing development activities Develop solutions for clients using Fishtanks chosen platforms Develop software from documented requirements and specifications Work on multidisciplinary teams on various projects Be a voice on the Fishtank development team to continuously improve how we deliver for clients Share your emotions through a diverse giphy library within Slack ;) What you need To be successful you will demonstrate: Relevant education and / or strong background in web dev Experience working with a CMS platform Working knowledge of C# (ASP.NET or ASP.NET Core) is preferred, but not required Good skills in JavaScript (Can you explain var vs let? ) You can make HTML and SCSS do what you want Understand modern tooling like Grunt, NPM & Webpack A desire to learn & prove yourself like the students of Cobra Kai (the first season) Experience working in agile development environment Prior experience working in an agency or consulting role is preferred, but not necessary.
