Must-Have • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in supporting digital transformation projects, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years' working experience in Operational Technology & (OT)-Information Technology(IT) integrated environment both hands-on and project change management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with below technology stack
o Allen Bradley PLC, FactoryTalk MES, Historian,
o PTC Kepware and Thingworx Platform
o Azure Functions, IoT Hub and Datalake
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Good-to-Have • Managed factory stakeholders, site contractor / suppliers for any factory automation, system integration, data enablement, implementing and managing digital transformation initiatives at the factory floor level digital transformation initiatives
• Worked closely with the factory operation team to ensure successful deployment and adoption of digital projects, enhancing operational efficiency and innovation.
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role Operational Collaboration: Work closely with the factory operation team to understand their processes, gather requirements, and ensure digital solutions meet operational needs.
Technical Implementation: Coordinate with the engineering team to implement technical solutions on the factory floor. Provide hands-on support to ensure smooth deployment and integration.
Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to provide insights that support decision-making processes. Use data visualization tools to present findings and track project performance.
Training and Support: Train and support factory staff on new digital tools and technologies. Develop training materials and provide ongoing assistance to ensure effective use.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance and impact of digital projects, collecting feedback from the factory operation team and making necessary adjustments.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in operational processes. Propose and implement enhancements based on feedback and data analysis.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of digital projects, including requirements, implementation plans, and user manuals.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues that arise during the implementation of digital solutions. Work proactively to troubleshoot problems and minimize disruptions.
