Provide hands-on support to ensure smooth deployment and integration.Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to provide insights that support decision-making processes.
Use data visualization tools to present findings and track project performance.Training and Support: Train and support factory staff on new digital tools and technologies.
Develop training materials and provide ongoing assistance to ensure effective use.Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance and impact of digital projects, collecting feedback from the factory operation team and making necessary adjustments.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in operational processes.
Propose and implement enhancements based on feedback and data analysis.Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of digital projects, including requirements, implementation plans, and user manuals.Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues that arise during the implementation of digital solutions.
Work proactively to troubleshoot problems and minimize disruptions.
