Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Architect Certification – TOGAF / ITIL and Azure Solution Architect is a must
Ideally at least 10 years' experience in technology leadership role within the IT area of a large organization
Ideally at least 10 years' experience with Digital technologies (Java & J2EE, HTML, CSS, JS/Angular, Azure Services)
At least 5 to 10 years working in a Digital Tech related role in software development/implementation.
Strong communication skills with all levels of the organization and both internal and external stakeholders
Proven experience in leading and managing digital manufacturing deployment projects within a regional or global context.
In-depth knowledge of digital manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, data analytics, machine learning, and IoT.
Candidates should be able to link the architecture to the User Experience/UI
Accountable for the quality of the Digital delivery
Communicate critical technical choices, specify (and mitigate) risks & constraints for design & implementation, scope the level of architectural effort, assess team strength, & keep activities in synch with practical delivery & business value

Define the technology vision and Architecture roadmap for digital marketing capabilities
Manage the digital manufacturing technology prototyping, selection, implementation, adoption and maturation within the organization
Provide strategic consultation to assigned line-of-business (LOB) customers in defining or designing business processes, capabilities, and functions, in researching, identifying and internally marketing enabling technologies based on business requirements
Apply and integrate emerging technological trends to new and existing systems architecture
Monitor current and future trends in digital manufacturing, digital warehousing, digital supply chain etc. that will influence internal software direction in the future
Collaborate with architects, developers and business partners to design enterprise applications, including design of User Interface (UI) components, internal/external services, digital solutions, database interactions, and 3rd party cloud solutions
Lead, facilitate, and grow a community of Smart Factory architects to build world class solutions
Create high-level and detailed design artifacts using appropriate tools and technologies
Interface with peers throughout the enterprise to ensure good communication and alignment with the larger technology organization
Ensure projects are envisioned, designed, and implemented using best in class tools & practices
Ensure digital solutions are well engineered, operable, maintainable
