Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, computer science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
At least 5 to 10 years working in a Digital Tech related role in software development/implementation.
Proven experience in leading and managing digital manufacturing deployment projects within a regional or global context.
In-depth knowledge of digital manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, data analytics, machine learning, and IoT.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation in a manufacturing environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Strategy Delivery: Responsible for the delivery of Digital Technologies supporting the use cases within the regions (on time, in scope, on budget) together with the engineering teams.
Business Transformation: Be a key member of the transformation program to deliver multi-years, large scale program to deliver efficiency, growth, or people engagement. Ensure tight integration between DT and D&A concerns across design, development, ops, finance and commercial.
Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, IT, and business stakeholders, to understand their regional requirements and translate them into comprehensive digital manufacturing solution designs. Ensure the solutions align with industry best practices and strategic business objectives with an objective to be a scalable solution across the regions

System Integration: Implement the integration strategies and architecture for connecting various systems, including enterprise resource planning (ERP), product lifecycle management (PLM), manufacturing execution systems (MES), and other manufacturing-related software applications. Solution Development: Collaborate with development teams to oversee the implementation and deployment of digital manufacturing solutions especially for MPV, Pilot taking place in its regions. Provide technical guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, scalability, security, and performance requirements.
