Our client - MSP is looking to hire a SOC Technical Account Manager (TAM).
This role will primarily customer facing for clients in Canada .
This role is 100% remote in Brazil with a long term contract.
Salary: 22,000 BRL/month (all inclusive CNPJ) SOC Technical Account Manager Focus : Client relationship management, technical expertise, and strategic planning.
TAMs ensure clients' security needs are met while maintaining a positive and productive partnership.
Role Description: As a Technical Account Manager, you serve as the key liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring security solutions are effectively deployed and aligned with client needs.
You manage customer relationships, provide technical guidance, and coordinate projects to optimize client security postures.
Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a technical account management or similar role.
Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand client security needs and objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor for all security operations matters.
Technical Guidance and Support: Provide technical expertise on MS Sentinel and other Microsoft security products.
Offer best practices for configuring and using MS Sentinel to detect and respond to threats.
Proactive Support and Planning: Conduct regular health checks and reviews of client security postures.
Recommend enhancements to improve client security operations.
Incident Response and Escalation: Assist clients during security incidents by providing guidance and support.
Coordinate with SOC analysts and other stakeholders to ensure timely incident resolution.
Escalate critical issues to higher-level support or specialized teams as necessary.
Training and Enablement: Educate clients on the features and capabilities of MS Sentinel and related tools.
Feedback and Improvement: Gather client feedback to ensure service improvements.
Conduct follow-up reviews to ensure effective utilization of MS Sentinel.
Work with other teams to address client needs and issues.
Advocate for client requirements in internal planning and development meetings.
Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate Excellent communication skills
