As a Social media & Community coordinator, you will be responsible for guiding the strategy and development of our entire social media ecosystem across Brazil , including creative content, community engagement, and growth.
Primarily responsible for the maintenance of communities and groups on social media, posting regular events to keep groups active.
Daily and timely feedback on user needs.
Develop and execute an effective social media strategy tailored to the Brazilian market.
Responsibility Content Creation: Create, edit, and design engaging photo and text content for Instagram?TikTok?WhatsApp?Telegram?Youtube and Facebook platforms tailored to the Brazilian customers.
Community Engagement: Create community engagement and build relationships within social media communities.
Manage communities on the platforms and campaigns are posted regularly to ensure a consistent and strategic brand message.
Ensure all community questions are addressed in a timely manner.
Foster and grow the organization's online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
Analysis and reporting: Monitor social media metrics, track KPIs, and generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts.
Utilize insights to make data-driven improvements.
Crisis Management: Active social listening and monitoring of social media channels for potential issues or crises and implement strategies to address them promptly.
And ensure compliance with local laws (e.g., copyright and data protection) Keep Contact: Partner with the company's Brazilian marketing team & ecommerce teams to synchronize the social media calendar with marketing and sales initiatives.
User Feedback : Collect user information and evaluation.
Timely feedback.
Aggregate report : after collecting a batch of user evaluations, feedback to the team in time, if there is a problem solve it in time.
Skills & Requirements Proven experience in social media management, ideally within online game industries .
Highly creative and self-motivated, with a strong ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Excellent command of English , with strong verbal communication skills and a focus on advanced writing abilities, specifically tailored for English-language social media platforms.
Solid understanding of social media platforms and trends Creative, collaborative, always ready for the next task Proficient in social media platforms and skilled in video and content editing At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in Brazil MUST LOCAL IN BRAZIL
