Responsibilities:

Managing social media handles of the company.
Creating social media posts.
Tracking and managing social media consumers.
Order management.
Executing social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to generate traffic and increase brand value.
Demonstrating excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources.
Performing tasks related to posting, circulation, trending reels creation, designing, handling accounts, and interaction.
Conducting research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
Designing and implementing a social media strategy and monthly calendar to align with business goals.
Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI.
Generating, editing, publishing, and sharing engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).
Collaborating with other teams.
Communicating with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner, and monitoring customer reviews.
Overseeing social media accounts' design (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn timeline cover, profile pictures).
Suggesting and implementing new features to develop brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions.
Staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
