The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives. Should also have experience in influencer management and we prefer candidates with previous experience in the gaming industry. ResponsibilitiesAccording to the company's strategy and promotion plan, proposal to develop influencers promotion strategyBuild influencers cooperation process and develop cooperation assessment mechanismLead the marketing team to recruit potential industry influencers (Instagram/YouTube/TikTok, etc.)Establish long-term and stable influencer cooperation channels, maintain high-quality partnership, and constantly optimise the cooperation model, and graded and classified maintenanceResponsible for marketing results, timely according to the progress of cooperation and output results for analysis and summaryDevelop and maintain websites, newsletters, emails, social media campaignsContribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiativesIdentify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brandQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMore than two years of experience in influencer marketing, successful promotion cases are preferredPassionate about international network marketing and promotionFamiliar with international promotion channels and co-operation methods, with skilled co-operation negotiation skills, with certain influencer resources in Brazil is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple prioritiesKnowledge of all social networking platforms
