Our current search is for a Social Media Manager focusing on Instagram strategies for our partner who is a Multi-Channel Production Company.
What will you Do?
Develop and execute a comprehensive Instagram strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.
Plan, create, and schedule compelling content, including posts, Stories, Reels, and IG Live, aligned with brand guidelines and goals.
Analyze and report on Instagram metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, impressions) to optimize performance and inform future strategies.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to stay ahead of the curve and bring innovative ideas to the table.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure visually appealing and consistent content.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions promptly, fostering community interaction.

Requirements:
Advanced level of English.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a focus on Instagram (portfolio or case studies preferred).
Deep understanding of Instagram's algorithms, tools, and best practices.
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for content creation.
Familiarity with analytics tools like Instagram Insights, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite.
Excellent written and visual storytelling skills.
Creativity, adaptability, and a keen eye for aesthetics and trends.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
