As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Your primary focus will be on creating engaging content, managing online communities, running paid social campaigns, and tracking analytics to optimize performance.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement social media content calendars and strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversionsCreate visually appealing and compelling social media content, including text, images, videos, and graphicsManage and grow social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional mannerAnalyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvementStay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes to ensure optimal performanceCollaborate with the broader marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectivesRequired Qualifications:3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably for a B2B or SaaS companyProven track record in developing and executing successful social media strategiesExpertise in creating high-performing content for various social media platformsStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and act on social media dataExcellent communication and collaboration skillsProficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaignsFluency in English, both written and verbalNOTE: Please submit an English resume.
