For example, we gained over 65,000 Instagram followers in one year without paid ads.Develop a content strategy: Create a winning strategy for the Brazilian Instagram account, collaborating with our CMO.Plan and execute content: Prepare detailed content plans and coordinate the creation of texts and video content. You'll manage the writing and video production, while our team handles design and video editing.Contribute creative ideas: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions for content generation.Manage Instagram engagement: Publish posts, respond to audience comments, and gather feedback.Track and report performance: Analyze results and prepare reports on content effectiveness.Adapt strategies: Adjust the strategy based on results and company objectives.Ideal Candidate Profile:Proven experience: At least 5 years of content marketing experience on Instagram, with successful case studies to demonstrate. Experience in promoting SaaS products is a big plus.Content creation skills: Able to craft engaging texts and shoot compelling videos. While being on camera is not required, it's a bonus.
