The Role: Are you a master of Facebook Ads Manager?
Can you optimize ad spend to lower the cost per conversion and scale campaigns to generate leads?
We're looking for someone who can manage the entire lifecycle of our social media campaigns—from strategy and execution to data analysis and reporting.
As our Social Media Paid Marketing Specialist , you'll manage paid social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, diving into analytics to understand and optimize the metrics that matter—cost per click (CPC), cost per conversion (CPC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and everything in between.
Responsibilities: Campaign Creation & Optimization: Develop, launch, and continuously improve paid social media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, from ad copy to targeting.
Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze campaign data (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS) to refine targeting, creative, and budgets, and reduce the cost per conversion while increasing lead quality.
Audience Targeting: Use audience insights, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences to target the right people at the right time.
A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing for copy, visuals, and targeting strategies to ensure optimal performance and scale the most successful elements.
Budget Management: Optimize ad spend to maximize ROI while staying within budget, with a focus on increasing conversions and lowering CPA.
Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance using Facebook Ads Manager and other tools, delivering detailed reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Creative Collaboration: Work with the design team to create engaging, high-performing ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
What We're Looking For: Proven Experience: 6+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns, specifically on Facebook and Instagram, with a strong track record of lowering CPC, increasing ROAS, and reducing CPA.
Data Expertise: Ability to read, interpret, and present campaign performance data to optimize and improve results.
You know your way around metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS, and can make data-backed decisions to improve performance.
Audience Mastery: Experience with creating and managing custom and lookalike audiences, knowing how to use these tools to expand reach while maintaining quality lead generation.
Optimization Pro: You know exactly how to tweak targeting, creatives, and budgets to drive down costs and maximize conversions.
A/B Testing Guru: Strong understanding of A/B testing and how to leverage insights to improve future campaigns.
Creative & Analytical: You're both a creative thinker and a data whiz, able to craft compelling ads while analyzing performance metrics.
Stay Up to Date: You're always aware of changes to Facebook's algorithms, updates to Ads Manager, and best practices for Instagram advertising.
