What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with brand goals and drive engagement.

• Strategize, propose, and assign content that resonates with our audience across channels like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.

• Monitor trends, measure performance, and adapt strategies to boost reach and impact.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design and marketing to ensure consistent messaging.

• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.

• Fully proficient in

Portuguese, Spanish, and English

is a must for this role.

• Expertise in social media platforms and tools such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram, etc.

• Proactivity, dynamism, and strong communication skills.

• A passion for creativity, innovation, and staying ahead of social trends.

• Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and adjust strategy based on performance.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality, results-driven work.

• An interest in finance is a plus for this role.
