What You'll Do:
Develop and execute social media strategies that align with brand goals and drive engagement.
Strategize, propose, and assign content that resonates with our audience across channels like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
Monitor trends, measure performance, and adapt strategies to boost reach and impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design and marketing to ensure consistent messaging.
Analyze performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
Fully proficient inPortuguese, Spanish, and Englishis a mustfor this role.
Expertise in social media platforms and tools such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram, etc.
Proactivity, dynamism, and strong communication skills.
A passion for creativity, innovation, and staying ahead of social trends.
Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and adjust strategy based on performance.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality, results-driven work.
An interest in finance is a plus for this role.
