Job Summary: MindgruveMacarta is seeking a PR & Social Strategist with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to drive innovation and results for our clients.
What You'll Do Here: Develop and execute social media strategies, including content creation and distribution.
Monitor and analyze media coverage and social media metrics, and report on results.
Advise on social media strategy for clients.
Create client content calendars and assist with community management Brief design and copywriting teams to create and work in the calendar deliveries.
Create TikTok and Reel content via Canva, CapCut and more.
Collaborate with creative and account teams to develop integrated campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for clients.
We Need a Person With: Mandatory: Proven experience in social media, with a track record of delivering innovation and results.
English proficiency to discuss, write and carry out presentations; Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media platforms and metrics, and experience using analytics to measure results.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
Desirable: Experience using Cision, Muck Rack and Sprout Social preferred.
Previous experience editing content in CapCut, TikTok and similar platforms.
Spanish language proficiency.
