We're seeking a visionary Senior Software Architect to lead the development of our next-generation SaaS platform. This role combines technical excellence with strategic leadership to shape the future of our product ecosystem. As our Senior Software Architect, you'll be the technical cornerstone of our SaaS initiative, leading the architectural vision while mentoring teams toward engineering excellence. This role reports directly to the CTO and collaborates closely with product leadership.Responsibilities:Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy for our SaaS platform.Design scalable, secure, and maintainable cloud-native solutions.Establish technical standards, best practices, and architectural governance.Lead system design reviews and architectural decisions.Guide and mentor development teams across multiple squads.Foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.Collaborate with product management to align technical solutions with business goals.Lead technical discovery and feasibility assessments.Design cloud-native architectures leveraging modern patterns and practices.Implement robust multi-tenant solutions with enterprise-grade security.Architect scalable data solutions and integration patterns.Establish DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Qualifications:Architecture experience in cloud-native applications.Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.Extensive experience with major cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP).Strong background in SaaS product development.Experience with multi-tenant architectures.Proven track record of scaling applications.Expert knowledge of security best practices.Experience leading distributed engineering teams.Strong communication and presentation abilities.Programming: Proficiency in multiple languages.Databases: Both SQL and NoSQL solutions.Event-Driven Design.CQRS/Event Sourcing.API Design and Management.Advanced English.
