- **Production System Maintenance**:Ensure the smooth operation of the production system by promptly addressing any incidents and providing quick fixes or workarounds to maintain system health.
- **Agile and DevOps Methodology**:Embrace Agile and DevOps methodologies, taking complete ownership of the development process to streamline efficiency and collaboration.
- **Continuous Learning**:Stay updated with the latest relevant technologies, techniques, frameworks, tools, methodologies, and processes to continuously enhance development practices and outcomes.
**What We Look For**:
- **Strong Communication Skills**:Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, facilitating clear communication and understanding.
- **Software and System Architecture**:Proven track record in software and system architecture, including microservices architecture and AWS cloud technologies.
- **Technical Proficiency**:Solid understanding of caching technologies, front-end technologies, and web architecture.
- **Engineering Best Practices**:Commitment to engineering best practices and a focus on nonfunctional requirements (NFRs).
- **Quality Engineering**:Familiarity with Quality Engineering principles and practices is advantageous.
- **CI/CD and DevOps**:Experience with CI/CD build/deploy pipelines and modern DevOps practices such as GitOps.
- **Methodologies**:Good understanding of technology methodologies including Agile (SCRUM), continuous integration/continuous development, and automation.
