Job Description:


Collect and refine business and technical requirements by transforming them into digital product functionalities through software development and quality assurance.




Main Activities:


Develop and maintain web programs, of any nature, back-end and front-end, in the cloud using JAVA technology or technology to be determined by the company.
Work on projects to improve features, platform evolution, API evolution and maintenance, research and development of new technologies and tools.
Act in solving technical problems related to the company's platform and API.
Support and maintain features that fail, as well as provide internal and external customer service when necessary.
Engage in feature discovery and refinement processes, collecting and refining business and technical requirements.
Guarantee the quality of deliverables.
Promote the continuous improvement of the company's software development process.




SKILLS



Educational Level:


Desired university degree completed/in progress for all seniorities is suggested, but it is not a mandatory item.


Technical Skills:


Java
Angular
Python (desired)
Agile methods


Languages:


English – advanced (fluency is desired)


Professional Experience:


Junior: 06 months of experience (academic or professional) with web development.
Middle: 03 years or more of experience with web development.
Senior: 07 years or more of experience with web development.





Additional Information:


Proactive, motivated, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn.
