We are looking for highly motivated and experienced software developers to join our R&D team in Brazil, working on software solutions for the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry. Our solutions, such as Model Checker, Model Visualization, BIM Technologies, and Digital Twin, are being used in various infrastructure projects across US, Asia and Oceania. Role Overview As a software developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that address complex challenges in the AEC sector. You will collaborate with a global team of developers based in New Zealand, the USA, Singapore, Brazil, and India to create innovative software solutions for our clients. Your expertise in software development, computational geometry, and computer graphics will be crucial in this role. Ideal Candidates We are looking for professionals with the following profiles: Software Engineers : Passionate about solving complex 3D problems related to construction using cutting-edge technologies, including computational geometry and computer graphics. Game Programmers: Interested in leveraging their 3D knowledge to tackle challenges in the AEC industry in innovative ways. Architects/Engineers with Programming Experience: Seeking to enhance their programming skills to solve industry-specific problems. Responsibilities Develop software solutions for the AEC industry, specifically in Model Checking, Quality Checking, and other BIM technologies. Work with industry experts to understand requirements and their implications on our solutions. Learn and research new technologies and approaches. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in C#. Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, tested code. Develop and maintain software documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and system diagrams. Test and debug software to meet requirements and ensure quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in New Zealand, Singapore, the USA, Brazil, and India, including product management, quality control, and support, to ensure successful software product delivery. Minimum Requirements Proficiency in C#. Experience in software development with a focus on computational geometry, computer graphics, or related fields. Strong spatial awareness, curiosity, and ability to work on complex three-dimensional problems in the AEC industry. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and precision. Strong communication skills (English and Portuguese) and collaboration abilities to work effectively with a distributed team. Familiarity with software development tools like GIT, JIRA, and agile methodologies. Good to have Familiarity with Digital Twin technology and its applications in the AEC industry.
