Ready to design what's next?Responsibilities:Lead software engineers from multiple scrum teams that own various features and domains.Check in with your team, stateside or abroad, and facilitate the team's work through coaching and guidance.Provide leadership with realistic expectations and deadlines, reviewing technical solutions for quarterly initiatives and managing ad-hoc requests.Find ways to improve day-to-day activities for the major group based on key objectives.Ensure uncompromising quality of products that impact people's lives.Requirements:Skills in Software Engineering, Project Management, and Leadership.Understanding of software development at scale with microservices and micro-frontend architectures.Knowledge of Java, Spring, Kafka, MongoDB, CI/CD pipelines.Up-to-date with technology trends.Experience in global Access & Identity Management, data synchronization, data quality, scalability, and monitoring.Familiarity with Splunk and Dynatrace.Ability to manage software development projects using Agile Methodologies.Proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle practices.Strong communication skills to keep the team informed and leaders comfortable with progress.Promote team collaboration and exchange of ideas.
