Software Engineering Manager

Description:
Our team develops world-leading verification solutions used by top-tier hardware design and consumer electronics companies. We work closely with our customers and leading academic researchers to rapidly grow our technology, framework, and solutions. We are looking for a senior software engineering manager to lead the development of verification solutions. The candidate should have experience leading software development teams and projects, and delivering maintainable, high-quality products using a structured development methodology. Experience in large-scale software development is required.
Responsibilities:

Manage a team of software developers working on the Verisium Debug product.
Regularly discuss performance and personal development with team members.
Provide coaching and training. Work on hiring activities and support team growth.
Perform code reviews, improve system architecture, continuously improve software development process, and make sure best practices are followed by the team.
Coordinate software development work with QA and Product Engineering teams.
Help set priorities, work on roadmap definition, and align teamwork with organizational goals and product vision.

The candidate should have:

BSEE or BSCS degree
Experience leading software development teams and managing projects
Knowledge of technical fundamentals on algorithms and data structures, system design, and architecture
Fluent English

Nice to have:

GUI development experience
Expertise in C++ and Java
