How to contribute to our vision...
To be a reliable partner to internal and external customers providing fast and assertive technical support, creating predictive diagnosis, advising and coordinating software updates and ensuring configuration control of the maintained wind turbine fleet.
Responsibility
Technical support of software and performance related problems using knowledge and understanding wind turbine functions and technical principles.
Answer technical queries from internal and external customers.
Create technical reports and presentations in English.
Analyze the root cause of turbine failures related to Control, Communications or software.
Support software integration of locally developed solutions.
Prepare turbine parameters and coordinate software updates.
Maintain technical knowledge on wind turbine control and performance analysis.
Share best practices and lessons learned.
Objectives
Improve turbine operation.
Mitigate impact from top issues associated to software problems.
Help increase aftermarket revenue.
What You Need To Make a Difference...
A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for:
Successfully completed a technical degree in electrical engineering, automation technology or comparable qualification.
Knowledge in database (SQL) and data analysis tools (Python/R).
English B2 level.
Solid analytical problem-solving skills.
Teamwork and flexibility.
Excellent communication and proactive approach.
Willingness and ability to travel 0-20% of the time.
