What you'll doAs a Quality Assurance Engineer at TRACTIAN, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and functionality of our web and mobile applications. Your responsibilities will involve developing and implementing comprehensive test plans, validating interfaces across web and mobile platforms, and identifying potential issues across a wide range of devices and operating systems. Working closely with development and design teams, you will contribute to delivering a seamless and user-centric experience that aligns with TRACTIAN's standards of excellence on both web and mobile platforms.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with development teams to comprehend the architecture and functionality of our apps.Devise comprehensive test strategies specifically tailored to our apps.Design detailed test cases and scripts to thoroughly evaluate the app's monitoring interactions and behavior.Utilize modern testing frameworks and tools like Cypress, Maestro, and Pact.Conduct rigorous regression testing on the mobile and web app to maintain feature integrity across updates.Identify, document, and meticulously track defects and anomalies using dedicated issue tracking tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate the integration of monitoring features into our apps.Contribute to the improvement of internal quality assurance processes and methodologies within our environments.Requirements2+ years of hands-on experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer, with a strong background in testing robust products that have mobile and web versions.Proficiency in testing Flutter and React app components or Rest APIs using tools like Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Maestro, Rest Assured, or Robot Framework.Proficiency in learning new tools and test methodologies, thriving in a fast-paced environment.Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and isolate issues in complex app environments.Experience creating and maintaining test cases, as well as managing test validation using tools such as Zephyr, TestMo, and TestMonitor.Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.Knowledge of monitoring systems, data visualization, IoT, and previous experience as a developer is a plus.CompensationCompetitive salary and stock optionsOptional fully funded English / Spanish courses30 days of paid annual leaveEducation and courses stipendEarn a trip anywhere in the world every 4 yearsDay off during the week of your birthdayUp to R$1.000/mo for meals and remote work allowanceHealth plan with national coverage and without coparticipationDental Insurance: we help you with dental treatment for a better quality of life.Gympass and Sports Incentive: R$300/mo extra if you practice activities
