Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:SOFTWARE QUALITY ASSURANCE TEAM LEADERPosted on: 28 May 2024Location: CEPTIS Sta.Cruz (BR40), BrazilDepartment: SOLUTION DELIVERY (50017831)Job Family: Information TechnologySOFTWARE QUALITY ASSURANCE TEAM LEADERManagement of local testing team (objective setting, performance review, monitoring and support)Align skills needed and actuals according to global strategy and local needs: training and knowledge transfer organizationManage subcontracted testers for peak of demandWill play a role of testing methodology ambassadorBest practice definition and enforcement inside the global and local teamSupporting and leading changeMake sure that team applies Testing Methodology (SOP)Test continuously the solution in order to detect bugs as soon as possible.Review product design documentation to ensure that requirements stated are correct, unambiguous and verifiableDefine test plans, design test cases, execute and create test reports to describe program evaluation, testing and correctionReport bugs according to guidelines, make sure that defect tracking system is always updatedUse quality and tracking tools to trace the progress of the job (e.g., Jira and HPQC)Maintain effective communication with assigned projects and development teamsPeer to peer review of test strategy, test report of bugsDefine and maintain test strategyCoordinate all testers involved in the project and guarantee that FAT is planned, executed and documentedProvide to Management a valid and unambiguous status of the project from a quality point of viewAnalyze time required and project impact based on time and test coverage estimationBasic education and training:Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or information technology or equivalent educationCertified ISQTB6 Sigma would be a PlusProfessional experience:Solid experience in a solution quality assurance roleExperience of working in the automotive, aerospace or pharmaceutical markets would be a great advantageExperience in test automation and manual testing
