Requirements: - Over 4 years of experience in software support. - Logical reasoning and excellent communication skills in Portuguese. - Continuous communication with clients. - Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking). - Strong customer relationship skills and proficiency in Excel. - Experience in Tier I and II support levels. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in monitoring/managing helpdesk tickets, service level agreements (SLA) and knowledge base management. - Fluency in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking). - Knowledge of foreign trade.
