Job Description :
As
Soldadora Industrial I , you will be responsible for executing welding services on parts or structures of machines and/or various equipment, aiming to restore their functionality according to the received work orders.
You will also work on welding and handling various materials, performing manufacturing, maintenance activities, assembly, cutting, and drilling of structures in metallic components, using appropriate equipment and tools, in accordance with Safety and Health Work standards.
Responsibilities:
Read, interpret and close work orders, noting labor used, materials and equipment utilized, as well as future intervention needs.
Specify the tools to be used in maintenance.
Receive, execute and appropriate the Maintenance Orders of welding/mechanical work.
Prepare and clean the parts to be welded, checking measurements, welding the pieces and executing finishing work.
Maintain a clean and organized welding environment, ensuring the correct use, conservation, and storage of gases, hand tools, and welding equipment.
Execute quality welding with coated electrodes, performing the final finish on the welded piece, filing, grinding, or sanding the worked parts, according to established procedures.
Perform cutting activities on materials or metal pieces using an oxy-fuel cutting device (torch).
Support mechanics in maintenance activities.
Examine the pieces to be welded, verifying specifications, drawings, and other details to select the type of welding to be used.
Prepare the parts to be welded, applying the appropriate treatment to achieve perfect welding.
Control the use/consumption of welding materials, recording the work performed and material consumed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma.
Availability to work in a 04x04 shift.
Professional Welding courses.
Residence in Conceição do Mato Dentro/MG, Serro/MG, Congonhas do Norte/MG, Dom Joaquim/MG, or Alvorada de Minas/MG.
