DAC Beachcroft is looking to appoint an experienced Paralegal, Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our Casualty Injury Team. This role involves working with a partner and Team Manager assisting on complex high-value employers and public liability claims predominantly over £250k. Our National team, whose clients include leading names in the insurance industry and household name corporates, deals with all aspects of defendant litigation, including catastrophic injury, clinical negligence, motor, casualty, disease, product, professional negligence, and health and safety. Increasingly, the team is involved in pre-emptive advice on these issues as well as dispute resolution.
