We are looking for Solution Architects to join our AWS team in Brazil. In this role, your creativity will link technology to tangible solutions. You will work every day to help customers make the most out of AWS services, so they can thrive and transform our country. You will have the opportunity to learn new and improve your existing skills. You will create and share technical content, reference architectures, and best practices. You will evangelize and educate about AWS technology.
Roles and Responsibilities
Solution Architects have 4 main responsibilities:
Be a Customer Advisor.
In partnership with the account team, formulate and execute a strategy to enable customer success. Help customers adopt AWS services and make the best use of them, driving revenue as a result. Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS, and participate in architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud. Build trust with technical individuals within customers to enable them to be cloud advocates.
Be a Thought Leader.
Transfer knowledge to customers. Capture and share best-practice knowledge among AWS solutions architect community. Contribute to AWS customer-facing publications such as whitepapers, posts, or video blogs. Deliver workshops, user groups, public speaking, online videos, and conferences.
Be in Continuous Professionalism Growth.
Be curious, keep learning. Demonstrate your learning achievements taking AWS Certifications. Work with others so you deliver more. Work with others to help them deliver more. Participate in meetups and conferences.
Advance Organizational Capabilities.
Act as a technical liaison between customers and the service engineering teams to improve AWS services and capabilities. Bring your ideas for innovation. Simplify whatever can be simplified. Help hire and develop talents.
