Solution Architect (Oracle Retail)

Experience: • Strong experience in latest Oracle Retail versions, and preferably on any cloud version. • 8+ years of experience with Oracle Retail Merchandising modules (RMS, RPM, ReSA, ReIM) • 5+ years of experience as Oracle Retail Solution Architect • Functional and Technical knowledge of one or more of the following Merchandising modules: RMS, RPM, ReSA, ReIM • Experience with translating business requirements to solution design • Experience working in a large systems integrator preferred. • Strong inter-personal skills (developing trusted relationships, team-working, sharing ideas and knowledge) • Ability to identify and proactively solve problems • Demonstrated time management skills Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Fluent in English. • Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills. • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate to system implementation • Strong consulting skills. • Flexible & easily adaptable to changes.
