**Position Overview**:
**About the Company**:
Our client is a liquidity and technology provider of solutions for the crypto and foreign exchange (FX) industry. The company specializes in B2B services and products, catering to a wide range of clients including large licensed brokers, crypto exchanges, crypto brokers, forex brokers, hedge and crypto funds, and professional managers. Their advanced base of ready-to-use technical solutions enables brokers to save time and money on infrastructure projects, allowing them to focus on enlarging their client base and increasing their revenues.

**Responsibilities**:
Product Development and Releases: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of product features and updates. Manage and coordinate product releases, ensuring alignment with other teams and products.

Technical Integrations: Lead the integration of various technologies and third-party services with B2Core, ensuring seamless and efficient integration processes to enhance product capabilities.

Roadmap and Planning: Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap. Prioritize features and improvements based on business needs and stakeholder feedback.

Coordination of IT Team: Collaborate closely with the development teams, providing clear guidance and direction on technical requirements and priorities.

Stakeholder and Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients regarding product-related matters. Gather and incorporate feedback into the product development process.

Technical Planning and Architecture: Participate in the architectural planning and design of the product, ensuring it is scalable, reliable, and secure.

Operations: Identify and resolve technical issues, drive continuous improvement in product development processes, and collaborate with DevOps to ensure efficient delivery pipelines.

Knowledge and Marketing: Ensure all documents and notifications about releases are up to date, participate in educational programs, and oversee website development to ensure all information is current.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in enterprise solutions.

Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development and architecture. Software engineering experience will be considered a plus.

Experience managing complicated products with multiple integrations.

Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and technical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and clients.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

At least 10 years of experience in enterprise software development.

Knowledge of cloud services, APIs, and other integration technologies.

Experience with CRM solutions is a plus.
