ETL, RDBMS design and management are among the challenges. Java & Spring are key technologies. Responsibilities:Define Technical & Functional ScopeDevelop Solution Architecture and detailed Designs.Create a Roadmap & Migration StrategyCreate detailed Technical Specifications including Integration & Data MappingsProvide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.Act as a hands-on Java Tech Lead developing the solution when the Design phase is completeEngage with business stakeholders including Traders, Operations and Strats to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and performance standards.Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.Document changes necessary to support business Mandatory Skills Description:10+ years of experience in software development2+ years in an architectural role.Hands-on experience with Java, including JDK 8+Strong proficiency in software architecture design and principles.Expertise in ETL, SQL, RDBMS design and managementExcellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex systems and recommend appropriate solutions.Experience in leading distributed teamsExperience developing High-Load SystemsWorking with Distributed ApplicationsUsing Message Brokers (ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar)Familiarity with Cache/In-Memory Data Grids (Redis, Hazelcast, or similar)Enterprise services (including monitoring, state management)Expert practitioner of object-oriented techniquesSolid expertise in concurrency and multithreadingSpring (including Spring Boot and Spring Boot Actuator)Experience with automated testing (TDD, BDD)Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Nice-to-Have Skills Description:Experience in Regulatory Reporting
