Java & Spring are key technologies.Responsibilities:Define Technical & Functional ScopeDevelop Solution Architecture and detailed DesignsCreate a Roadmap & Migration StrategyCreate detailed Technical Specifications including Integration & Data MappingsProvide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycleAct as a hands-on Java Tech Lead developing the solution when the Design phase is completeEngage with business stakeholders including Traders, Operations, and Strats to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutionsEnsure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and performance standardsCoordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projectsDocument changes necessary to support businessMandatory Skills Description:10+ years of experience in software development2+ years in an architectural roleHands-on experience with Java, including JDK 8+Strong proficiency in software architecture design and principlesExpertise in ETL, SQL, RDBMS design and managementExcellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex systems and recommend appropriate solutionsExperience in leading distributed teamsExperience developing High-Load SystemsWorking with Distributed ApplicationsUsing Message Brokers (ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar)Familiarity with Cache/In-Memory Data Grids (Redis, Hazelcast, or similar)Enterprise services (including monitoring, state management)Expert practitioner of object-oriented techniquesSolid expertise in concurrency and multithreadingSpring (including Spring Boot and Spring Boot Actuator)Experience with automated testing (TDD, BDD)Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsNice-to-Have Skills Description:Experience in Regulatory Reporting
