Job Description: Become an expert in Insider productsMake recommendations on supporting sales strategies, integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution, providing "best practice" advice to customers to optimize Insider effectivenessProactively monitor our partners' activities, facilitate and provide on-time and around the clock insights and solutions to the partnersProvide exemplary pre-sales technical expertise through technical and product presentations, demonstrations, pilot implementations, and ongoing sales consultationLead account services strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with product, partner success and sales teams across various product pillars to maximize business results with clientsDevelop a deep understanding of both the customers and competitive landscape, enabling a business dialogue to be conducted with C-level contacts and their teamsOutstanding professional, sales, and technical capabilities; comfortable supporting both enterprise (field) and inside sales teams on targeted accountsDemonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skillsWhat We Expect From You: Bachelor's Degree or higher (E.g. Marketing, Business, Psychology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related field.)Cherish one of our core ethoses: care. You'll need to care for our partners and make sure they feel at home with our products and our assistanceAble to work under tight deadlinesProven ability to learn quickly in a very fast-paced environmentBe a self-motivated and savvy tech bug, always in search for savvy solutions and ideas to improve our relationship with our clientsHigh energy, self-starter, be a visionary seller comfortable with ambiguity in entrepreneurial environmentsMust be a team player - ability to interact with teammates and partners fairly, and respectfully proactive / results-driven / strong problem solving skills. Highly dependable, team player with high energy, positive attitude and with great organization and time management skillsMasterful in delivering software demonstrations, whether in-person, or via web presentationSolid understanding of basic web concepts and digital marketingPossess "best of breed" functional sales experience that could be applied across an entire sales area in general or specific functional categoriesHold On!
