As a Solutions Engineer specializing in Enterprise ERP Integrations, you will be the trusted advisor and technical expert for our most strategic B2B clients in NorthLatam.
You will lead the end-to-end implementation of complex integration projects between our platform and enterprise ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, Omie, Sankhya), ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders.
Your ability to navigate technical challenges, manage project timelines, and foster strong client relationships will be critical to the success of these integrations.
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer who:
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Drive the successful implementation of large-scale ERP integration projects from initiation to completion.
Technical Expertise:
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support on our APIs, integration best practices, and ERP system configurations.
Vendor Management:
Identify, evaluate, hire and manage relationships with third-party vendors involved in the integration process.
Internal Alignment:
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to align roadmaps, prioritize resources, and resolve technical issues related to ERP integrations.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise clients, ensuring their ERP integration needs are met and their satisfaction is high.
Risk Mitigation:
Proactively identify and mitigate technical and project risks that could impact the successful implementation of ERP integrations.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed project documentation, including technical specifications, project plans, status reports, and ERP-specific configurations.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven track record of leading complex ERP integration projects in the Brazilian market.
5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Customer Support Engineer) with a focus on ERP systems.
Deep understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, TOTVS), their APIs, integration patterns, and data structures.
Experience managing external vendors specialized in ERP implementations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with technical and non-technical stakeholders in English fluently.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with relevant programming languages, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi).
