Your role involves supplier identification, negotiation, and ensuring a reliable supply chain.**Key Responsibilities**:**Supplier Management**:Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for construction materials and equipment.Assist in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability.**Cost Optimization**:Learn to monitor market trends to inform cost-effective procurement decisions.Support in negotiating favorable terms to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.**Quality Assurance**:Work with quality control teams to understand and maintain high-quality standards.Assist in conducting regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.- Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of industry standards.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.- Analytical mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment.**Payment**: Base salary (700 - 800 USD monthly) + commissions from profit.**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: R$12,081.94 - R$13,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 40 per week
