Tasks: Take care of collecting invoices Data entry: inputting information into the spreadsheets Take care of other adminrelated tasks that may come up Qualifications: Tool proficiency: Microsoft Excel & Word / Google Workspace Years of experience: at least 1 year or 2 years of experience willing to train the talent as well if needed.
Other preferences: Good communicator (conversational English ss) Very responsive Selfstarter/proactive BONUS & NOT REQUIRED: if they have accounting or finance or bookkeeping knowledge OR have a paralegal background
