**Shape the execution and financial strategies for tooling management**
Located in Macaé, responsible for managing, planning and coordinating project activities related to tooling management, aiming to meet the well schedule plan while adhering to financial and commercial parameters, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
As **SP&S Delivery Equipment Leader**, you will be responsible for:
- All activities related to the supervision, organization, and execution of a tooling management project, including scope, time, cost & quality management.
- Contributes to the development of an operational year plan.
- Suggest improvements in products, processes, and procedures.
- Work closely with internal customers (Field Engineers and Service Managers) to coordinate tooling required and schedule for outages.
- Manage the tool center to achieve supply availability, turn-around times, quality measures, and operating plan targets
- Work together with people from the business unit.
Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning activities, and explaining technical issues.
- Handles standardized project processes and works based on predefined contracts and frameworks.
- Cost control and on-time delivery.
- Recommending preventive maintenance plans and corrective action to ensure that equipment and tools are in good condition.
- Training, supervising, and managing employees' activities following Baker Hughes practices.
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Experience in Services Project Management.
- Be able to coordinate and oversee multiple projects and priorities.
- Ability to influence others.
- Desirable experience in planning service operations/tasks with internal customers.
- Emotional resilience to work under pressure and manage conflicts.
- Proficient in the English language.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
