Spa Manager

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Spa Manager to join Rixos Radamis Hotel - Sharm El Sheikh. Under the guidance of the Regional Director of Spa & General Manager, the Spa Manager will be in charge of the hotel wellness facility and managing its operations and business sides:You'll manage and oversee spa operations of the spa facilities to ensure successful achievement of overall business goals and objectives.You'll ensure an excellent spa and guest experience.You'll ensure that the spa operates cost effectively and efficiently.You'll implement inventory control procedures to ensure that adequate stock levels are maintained.You'll develop budgets and short to long range strategic planning for the operation of the spa.You'll develop the spa's standard operating procedures and policies.You'll work with the Sales & Marketing team regarding all aspects of spa promotions.You'll ensure compliance with applicable health regulations and hygiene standards.You'll maintain thorough knowledge of competitors, including location, product offering, pricing, promotions and sales techniques.QualificationsBachelors Degree in Business and or Hospitality ManagementTwo years experience in a similar role in a 5 star spa with a multicultural teamIn depth knowledge of spa therapyExcellent communication and leadership skills
